This was supposed to be delivered prior to a 10 AM service, on the day of the service. Instead, I get a last-minute email saying it would be delivered the day before. Who knows what condition it was in when the family saw it.

For $200, I expected something a bit more polished and a bit larger. This basket was less than a foot in height and only about 14" wide, the smallest arrangement at the viewing, and the flowers were rather haphazardly arranged. Did not really resemble this photo. I will use my own florist in the future rather than the one attached to the obituary. Should have done my homework.
